If an ordered item is defective or incorrect, KyotoLondon may provide a store credit or a refund of equivalent value per the following guidelines:
- KyotoLondon does not assume responsibility for orders that are the incorrect size. Please refer to the product size chart or let us know via the Contact Us page should you have any size-related questions.
- Sales of discounted item(s) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Item(s) must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return request, please reach out to KyotoLondonStore@Gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Once a return request is initiated and accepted please Email us, we will provide a "Ship To" address. Please note:
- You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for any returned items.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive to you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that our receipt of your returned item.
Please allow 2-4 weeks shipping due to sourcing from Asia, a decision made to maintain apparel authenticity.
